New Build, 60 bed residence Renova consulting Engineers provided the Structural & Civil Engineering consultancy for the 60 bed new apartments and care home within 2 blocks A&B. The buildings are 3 storeys RC frame structure in the central area of the site. Work was involved to undertake a site investigation, design of the foundation, retaining wall, RC frame and design for additional steel frame to the roof to accommodate proposed design. Due to the complexity of the job, we have been involved from the initial design stage throughout the stage, involving number of site visit and structural supervisory.
