Renova Consulting Engineers delivered full Structural and Civil Engineering consultancy services for a new 48-bed apartment and care home development, arranged across two blocks (A & B).

The development features three-storey reinforced concrete (RC) frame structures, centrally located within the site. Our scope of services included detailed site investigation, foundation and retaining wall design, RC frame engineering, and the design of a supplementary steel roof structure to accommodate the architectural layout.

Given the complexity of the scheme, our team was engaged from the initial design phase through to project completion. This included multiple site visits, close coordination with the design team, and ongoing structural supervision to ensure the successful delivery of a high-quality, robust development.
