Earls court – Commercial to 8 Luxury apartment

Renova Consulting Engineers provided structural consultancy for a full luxury townhouse renovation in central London, transforming commercial office space into a high-end residential apartment. The project included a loft conversion and a detailed assessment of the existing structure’s capacity to support new loading requirements and upscale internal modifications.

The structural design presented several challenges due to extensive demolition works and the complexity of the existing internal timber framework. A thorough site investigation was undertaken to explore the feasibility of retaining most of the original internal structure while accommodating the new layout.
