Farnham. Conversion of a commercial building into modern apartments

Renova Consulting Engineers provided structural consultancy services for the conversion of a disused commercial building into 15 modern apartments.

The project required a thorough structural assessment, including multiple surveys and investigations, to evaluate the existing building’s capacity to support two additional storeys. Using data gathered from the site investigations, we developed a detailed engineering model that facilitated the design of a new steel frame structure. This approach ensured the proposed architectural layout was fully supported while maintaining long-term structural integrity.
