Renova Consulting Engineers provided structural consultancy services for a full luxury house renovation in Putney, Richmond. Our involvement began with a comprehensive structural assessment of the existing building to evaluate its suitability for the proposed new layout.

The project presented a number of structural challenges, including extensive pre-existing defects, full demolition works, and a complex phased construction plan. These factors required detailed investigations, bespoke engineering solutions, and regular coordination meetings with the architect and contractor.

We were actively involved throughout the entire project lifecycle—from the initial design phase through to completion including liaison with Building Control to ensure full compliance and final approval.
