Renova Consulting Engineers conducted a full structural assessment of the existing property and provided a structural report to the lender to satisfy their requirements.

The property had previously experienced minor settlement due to tree removal, which resulted in visible cracks in parts of the house. We proposed the most cost-effective structural solution by introducing helibars at the locations where cracks appeared.

In some areas, the cracks extended to the foundation. To prevent further settlement, underpinning was recommended to provide additional structural strengthening to the weaker parts of the property.
